The Fund offers investors the opportunity to invest in a first mortgage security, low maintenance investment with no entry fees.
The risk profile of the Waratah Select Mortgage Fund has been designed to appeal to all investors who are looking to enjoy a reasonable level of return with the guarantee that there will be no development or construction lending.

HOW THE FUND WORKS
Investors will be offered units in the Fund, currently valued at $1 per unit. The minimum initial investment is $500 and investors can undertake additional investments of $500 at any time. The Manager will allocate income to investors each business day. The Fund makes distributions monthly directly into investors' bank, building or credit union accounts, or distributions can be re-invested quarterly.
The minimum investment term is 12 months.

HOW TO INVEST
To invest you must fill out one of the Application Forms, which are included in our Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and send it to us with your cheque attached.
